He is survived by : his wife Tammy Leigh Halyak (Puckett) of Manassas, Virginia; his son David Halyak of Morrisville, PA; his stepchildren, Jennifer O'Deay of Manassas and Patrick O'Deay of Denham Springs, Louisiana; his parent Raymond (Joy Halyak); and his siblings, Joy Halyak of Lawrenceville, Nawanna Phippen of Dover, Tennessee, Joel and Raymond Oliver of Big Rock, Tennessee.
