He is survived by: his significant other Margie Jackson; his daughters, Felicia and LaToya (Raynell); his grandchildren, Sherrell, Kierra (Cobby), Lanisha, Janiya, Jasmine and Saviona; his great grandchildren, Aden, Liam and Malia; his brother Garnell Bates; his sibling's children, Harold Bates, Eddie Moore and Nita Williams; his great-nieces, Kaye Washington and Tiara Marcone; and his friends, Larry Bates (Bunkie), Philip Brown and Amos Holloway. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
