She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn McNew and Leila Robinson McNew; and her children, Scott Rutherford and Lisa Nichols. She is survived by: her daughter Robyn Smarr (Douglas Smarr); her brother Glenn McNew II (Margie McNew); and her significant other Gregory Miller. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
