She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Hart. She is survived by: her sons, Roger Carter, Daniel Hart (Michelle), Leroy Hart (Cindy) and Wayne Carter; her siblings, Larry Stover, Ronnie Stover, LaRue Noel and Gloria Ripka Clarke; and her grandchildren, Justin Carter, Bradley Carter, Harley Sylvia, Searra Jones and Michaela Hart. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
