He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Stevens and Mildred Foxwell Stevens; and his wife Carolyn S. Stevens. He is survived by : his daughters, Theresa Powers (James) and Mary Wray (Danny); and his sisters, Donna S. Smith and JoAnne S. Klein (Jeffrey). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren; as well as other family and friends.
