He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell F. Dellinger and Daisy Dellinger; his wife Dickie Barr Dellinger; his daughter-in-law Ruth "Susy" Dellinger; his grandson Roland Lindhurst; his close friend Wanda Sager; and his siblings, Warren Dellinger (Reba), Anna Tuttle (Harold), Dewey Dellinger (Katherine) and Milton Dellinger.
He is survived by: his children, Wade Burgess Dellinger (Lisa) and Dawn Dellinger Lindhurst; and his grandchildren, Rayna Cooper (Jason), Betty Dellinger (Kevin) and Devin Lindhurst (Juliana). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Woodstock Volunteer Rescue Squad, Woodstock Volunteer Fire Department, or St Jacob Lutheran Church.
