He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace McNery Fields Sr. and Rosanna Scott Fields; and his siblings, Horace Fields Jr., Larry Fields and Cynthia Brunson.
He is survived by: his brothers, Robert and Richard Fields; and his siblings' children, Adrian Fields (Margaret), Joanna Gilbert (Sheldon), Edward Williams, Kim Williams, Richard Toland and Tyrone Fields. He is also survived by his cousins, extended family, and the wide circle of friends.
