As Larry departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Larry may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Larry leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Orndorff and Helen Lewis Linaweaver. He is survived by: his wife Lydia Runion Lewis of Woodstock; his daughter Virginia Lewis of Woodstock; and his siblings, Joyce Linaweaver Woodard and Shirley Stultz.
A reception was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Valley Funeral Service (14116 S Middle Rd, Edinburg, VA 22824). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Luke Cemetery (923 St Luke Rd, Woodstock, VA 22664).
