He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lee Clem and Brucie Rinker Clem; and his siblings, Everett Munch, Betty Munch, Ruby Swartz, Reva Buchanan, Treva Clinedinst, Janet Guess and Linda Fitchett.
He is survived by: his wife Jan Hower Clem; and his daughters, Penny Clem (Jerry) of Woodstock, Leigh Clem of Maurertown and Annette Clem Reedy (Dean) of Maurertown. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
