She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Chapman and Josephine Chapman; her husband Elton "Sonny" Eggleton; her daughter Laura Childers; and her siblings, Homer Chapman, Howard Chapman, Paul Chapman, Thelma Dobbins and Joanne Bennett.
She is survived by: her children, Tressie Norris (Dana) of Maurertown, VA and Calvin Eggleton (Susan) of Poca, WV; and her son-in-law Jim Childers of Scott Depot, WV. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
