She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Belcher and Lola Belcher; her husband Alfred Chester Turner; her brothers, Alvin Belcher, Lemuel Belcher and Glenn Belcher; and her brothers-in-law, Gray Conner, Oscar Turner and Albert Lane Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Turner, Nancy Turner Belcher (David), Stephen Turner (Charity) and Matthew Turner (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Cole (Amy), Layton (Vandalina), Logan, Lucas, Jillian and Juliet; her great grandchild Ryker; her siblings, Oneda Conner, Freeda Whitlow and Elvin "Duck" Belcher; and her siblings-in-law, Barney Whitlow, Mitcheal Turner, Charlotte Belcher, Minnie Lou Belcher, Lorna Belcher, Shelley Turner, Joan Turner and Carol Turner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews in addition to a few great nieces and nephews.
