He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lester Belcher and Adlena Harris Belcher; and his siblings, Clay Belcher, Zella B. Conner, Calvin Belcher, Coy Belcher, Sylvia B. Helms and Robert Belcher.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy B. Epperly (Darrell); his grandchildren, J. C. Belcher (Jody), George Belcher (Cheyenne) and Michaela Belcher (Brent); his great grandchildren, Dawson Hylton, Riley Hylton and Coleman Belcher; his sister Erma B. Adams; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmie Tuggle, Roger Tuggle, Frances Belcher, Dorothy Belcher and Becky Platt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moody Funeral Services (202 W Blue Ridge St, Stuart, VA 24171). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at the Jack's Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery (1291 Jacks Creek Rd, Stuart, VA 24171).
