He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Underwood and Estelle Underwood; his sister Darlene Roop; his brother-in-law Harvey Roop; his parents-in-law, Joe Belcher and Vera Belcher; his brother-in-law Leon Belcher; and his pet Booger.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Grace Belcher Underwood; his son Joey Belcher; his daughter-in-law Amanda; his brother Gerald Underwood; his sisters-in-law, Marie Underwood and Rita Belcher; his nieces and nephews, Andrea Amos (Mike), Misty Belcher (Jeff), Adam Roop (Alicia), Brenton Underwood (Paige) and Zach Belcher (Melissa); his great-nephews, Parker Roop (Kendra Worley), Grant Underwood, Barrett Underwood and Rowan Underwood; his great-niece Lynnox Underwood; his pet Max; and his nephews, Parker Roop, Mike Amos and Jeff Kaufmann.
