He was predeceased by: his parents, Waller Everett Belcher and Beadie Elizabeth Hylton Belcher; his siblings, Jimmy Wayne Belcher, Samuel Roy Belcher and Elsie Marie Belcher; and his cousin Lawrence Hylton.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Everett Belcher (Darius Liptrap) of Christiansburg and Connie Belcher Goode (David) of Woolwine; his granddaughters, Anna Goode Wray (Timothy) of Woolwine and Bethany Lynn Goode of Woolwine; his great grandchildren, Carter Alan Wray and Kenna Marie Wray; his sister Annie Harmon (Willard) of Floyd; his sisters-in-law, Brenda Barbour of Woolwine, Judy Nolen of Danville and Teresa Belcher of Woolwine; his nieces and nephews, Teresa Belcher, Melissa Turman, Marsha Hall, Darlene Belcher, Amber Brown, Jamie Barbour, Bradly Barbour and Spencer Nolen; and his friend Kevin Pridham of Christiansburg. He is also survived by several cousins, and friends.
