She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Davis and Gladys Davis; her former husband James Darnell Roope; and her sisters, Lois Wichael (Jim), Alleta Bowman (Edward) and Lorine Matz (Sanders).
She is survived by: her husband Joe Wright of Wytheville; her children, Laura (Bobby St. Clair), Kim Babcock of Wytheville, Doug Roope (Lora Hastings) and Terry (Kate Wright); her siblings, Marie Lambert of Pulaski, Franklin Davis of Little Creek and Gerald Davis of Little Creek; and her grandchildren, Addison Roope, Jordan Roope, Ashlyn St. Clair, Bradley St. Clair, Danielle Babcock and Elizabeth Wright. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
