Vance and Neta Horne Vance; his wife Mary Ann Vance; his children, Tammy Vance Cressell (David), Dublin, Ronald Gillenwater, Pulaski, Stephen Anthony Vance, Jr. (Anna) and Winston; his grandchildren, Erika Cressell, Brea Cressell-Nicolo (Jon), Dublin of Justin Gable, Victoria Elody Vance, Winston Salem, Walker Timothy Vance, Kayla Akers (DJ) and Pulaski; and his cousin Joel Vance (Wytheville).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bower Funeral Home & Crematory. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Highland Memory Gardens (5555 Lee Hwy, Dublin, VA 24084).
