He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin Billings and Mary Billings; his sister Beverly; and his brother-in-law Jack Lee. He is survived by: his son Seth Gibson; his close friend Ann Sisson; his cousin Stevie Groseclose (Teresa); and his friends, Keith Groseclose, Jamie Bunyan and Vic Allen (Terri).
