She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis K. Bollinger and Clarence A. Prillaman; and her grandparents, Clarence, Virginia Prillaman, Eck and Jane Kingery.
She is survived by: her husband David B. Johnson; her sons, Tyler Johnson, Alex Johnson (Hannah Hogge) and Cole Johnson (Mackenzie); her grandchildren, Brody Johnson, Graylynn Johnson and Haven Johnson; her siblings, Amy Sotak (Bernie) and Tony Shields; her stepsiblings, Lance Pridgen (Angelique), Ralph Bollinger (Rene), Brian Bollinger, Adam Bollinger and Cindy Davis (Scott); and her stepfather Jerry Bollinger.
