Andrea leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Andrea’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Andrea will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her dear pit bull Kita. She is survived by: her parents, John Rowe and Linda Rowe; her sister Michelle Rowe Packard (Bobby) of Yorktown; and her nephews, Blake Packard (Helen) of Richmond and Hayden Packard of Yorktown. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
