It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold R. Robinson of Yorktown, Virginia, born in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, who passed away on May 2, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Louise Byrd Robinson and Harry Battle Robinson; his siblings, Keith Robinson, Anne Davis, Jean Bell and Edith Shelton; and his son-in-law Douglas Newbill.

He is survived by : his wife Mary F. Robinson; his children, A. Russell Robinson (Heather) and Lesa Robinson; his siblings, Harry Robinson (June), Janice Colbert and Virginia Conway; his grandchildren, Graham Davis, Victoria Davis and Abigail Newbill; and his great grandchildren, Samantha Davis and Camden Newbill.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Crooks Memorial United Methodist Church (204 Cook Rd, Yorktown, VA 23690).
