She is survived by: her sister Helen Sampson; her husband Howard M. Jacob, Jr.; her children, Pamela Morris (Tony), Veronica Mitchell (Kevin), Howard R. Jacob III, Michael Jacob and Vincent Jacob; and her aunt Margaret Brooks. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
