She is survived by: her parents, Gregg Middleton and Regina Middleton; her sisters, Karen Frock (Brandon) and Stephanie Horton (Kyle); her sons, Jonathan and Jacob Schilbach; and her adoptive daughter Atalaya Stanley. She is also survived by four nephews, one niece, one great-niece, and her uncle, aunts and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial donations to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
