He is survived by: his wife Betty-Gail Baker; his children, Gina Montanaro, Tammy Fiorintino and Cecil William III; his stepsons, Kirk Giles and John Smith; and his siblings, Donald Baker (Dale), Kenny Baker (Barbara), Bob Baker, Richard Baker (Terry), Robin Baker, Delores Fiscella and Sylvia Bassett. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and 30 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Amory Funeral Home Chapel (410 Grafton Dr, Yorktown, VA 23692).
