She was predeceased by: her parents, Veda Goodman and William Edward Hall; and her sister Carol Sue Donato. She is survived by: her son Brandon (Stacey) of Yorktown, VA; her grandchildren, Anabelle and Deacon; and her sisters, Ann Philbeck (CP) of Providence Forge, VA and Cathie Ramsey of Williamsburg, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Wednesday, February 11th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Coastal Community Church (101 Village Ave, Yorktown, VA 23693).
