He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Miller and Yorktown. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Rackliffe; his daughter Kelly M. Holloway (Forrest); his granddaughter Mackenzie Dana Holloway; and his pets, Boomer and Itty Bitty.
