He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Cecelia Whitlow and Alton Estes Bell; and his daughter Heather Marie Bell. He is survived by: his wife Paula Kay Bell; his son Christpoher Corey Bell; his grandson Caleb Owen Bell; his son Lester Farmer (Kimberly Farmer); his grandsons, Austin, Dylan and Josh Farmer; his daughter Jamie Goodridge; and his granddaughter Bunny Goodridge (Joanna Wolf Bell).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (1004 Yorktown Rd, Yorktown, VA 23693).
