He is survived by: his wife Kathy Vines; his daughters, Jenny Barthlome (Kerry) and Natalie Martineau (Kristopher); his grandchildren, Joshua Barthlome (Holly) and Sierra Adams (Isaiah); his great grandchild Liam James Adams; his siblings, Carol Moore and Gerald Vines; his sister-in-law Michele Rudolph (Tom); and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
