She was predeceased by: her husband Donald V. Phillips, Sr.; her parents, Lucien J. Henault and Blanche Robillard Henault; and her brothers, Ronald Henault and Gerard Henault.

She is survived by: her children, Paul L. Phillips (Martha) of Chesapeake, Patricia J. Chilcott (Michael) of Clifton, TN, Deborah A. Bowers of Newport News, Donald V. Phillips, Jr. of New Kent, Daniel A. Phillips of Newport News and Laura J. Jackson (Tommy) of Poquoson; and her siblings, Raymond Henault (Ana), Therese Boucher and Pauline Bouthillier (Ronald). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-Grandchildren.
