He is survived by: his daughter Dakota Millkin of Wayne; his siblings, Julie Slater (Doug) of New Kent and James "Jimmy" S. Wade, Jr. (Melissa) of Hayes; his nieces and nephews, Erinn, Kristyn, Rasia, Katarina, Mckinzy, Kyle, James, Mikhail, Chace and Tavish; his stepfather James W Anderson; and his stepsiblings, Barbara Ernie and MJ.
