She is survived by: her children, Carolette Carter-Banks (Ernest), Sharon Carter, Calvin Carter (Kim), Annette Chatman (Warren) and Carl Dana Carter; her siblings, Elsie Chandler, Juanita Carter (John), Vatrice Sessions and Kenneth Perrin; and her grandchildren, Ashley Jones (William), Vaughn White Jr., Alecia White, Catrina Jones, Eisha Carter and Katina Bradford. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and many other loving relatives and caring friends.
