She was predeceased by: her significant other Michael Modlin; and her parents, Beverly Anne Guilford and Henry Guilford (Pop Henry). She is survived by: her daughter Shannon Zagursky (Michael); her grandsons, Ivan, Levi, Ryan and Layne; and her caregiver Susie.
