He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mildred Boone; his wife Bridget Hardy of Portsmouth, VA; his children, Terresita Gayden (Juan) of Germantown, MD and Robert Hardy III (Nichele) of Suffolk, VA; his stepsons, Kenton and Kevelin Sears; his grandchildren, Antonette Alston (Erin), Anthony Alston Jr., Juan Gayden Jr., Elijah Gayden, Robert Hardy IV and Sequoia Scales; his great grandchild Ronan Alston; his siblings, Janice Anderson of Richmond, VA, Joyce Anderson of Richmond, VA, Rosilyn Jones (Michael) of Richmond, VA, Robinette Jerman (Jerry) of Richmond, VA, Catherine Clay of Virginia Beach, VA, Willie Hardy (Darlene) of Richmond, VA and Curtis Hardy (Freda) of Richmond, VA; and his sister-in-law Darlene Hardy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and many friends.
