He is survived by: his daughters, Tricia Ander (late Joseph), Amy Castagnola (Steve) and EmiLeigh Pennell (Scott); his grandchildren, Rachael Ander, Laura Ander, Matthew Ander, Megan Reed (Chase), Katelynn Gonino (Kye), Riley Pennell and Ainslee Pennell; and his brother John Dwiggins (Ruth). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to The Wounded Warrior Project.
