He was predeceased by: his father Rodger DeForest; and his sister Tammy Deach. He is survived by: his mother Sharon DeForest; his brother Chad DeForest (Reva Christian); his stepmother Susan DeForest; his nieces, Skyler Gallop, Marie Whitcomb (Tim) and Stephanie Deach; his nephew James Dickerson (Kirsten); his great-nieces, Patricia and Alexandria; and his great-nephew Brandon.
