She was predeceased by: her son David; her parents, Thomas Ollerhead and Alice Ollerhead; and her siblings, Tommy, Dickie, Michael, William, Norah and Molly.

She is survived by: her husband Alex Birkbeck; her son Martin (Tracy); her grandchildren, Matthew, Erica, Collyn and Cole; and her siblings, Clifford, Tony, Rita and Mavis. She is also survived by her two great-grandchildren.
