He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dickson and Della Dezan; his siblings, Wallace, Mike, Roger, Lillian, Lulabell and Gertrude; his daughter Marilyn; and his wife Marilyn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dolida Kennison, Marena (Ken Mead), Della (Ricky Hall) and Sabrena (Bill Ducharme); his grandchildren, Jason, Jolene, Etta, Roxanne, Kyle, Danielle, Gene, Daphne, Timothy, Joshua, Troy and Nicole; and his pet Missy. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
