He is survived by: his wife Merrily Ingalls Shepard; his children, Terry Hayward (Kevin), Jeff Hayward (Sherry) and Randy Hayward (late Linda); his stepchildren, Dayna Wood (Tony) and Rob Shepard (April); his siblings, Gloria McDonough (John) and Kenneth Lurvey (Diane); his grandchildren, Dylan, Austin, Ashley, Kendra, Randy, Jr., Victoria, Jessica, Lauren, Micah, Nicholas, Jordan, Noah, Jesse, Matthew, Zachary and Kayla; and his siblings-in-law, Andre Ingalls (late Martha) and Jane McAllister (late Gerald).
