He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Charles H. Perry, and Dorothy Perry, Jr. (Thomas); his sister Susan Perry Rock; and his pet Lily. He is survived by: his wife Michal Barquin Perry; his children, Charles H. "Chip" Perry, IV (Kristin Halpin Perry) and Cheryl Perry McCarthy (Scott McCarthy); his grandchildren, Ashley Christina Brown (Dan Manning) and Brody Luke Brown; his stepgrandchildren, Carson, Riley and Chase; and his siblings, Janice Lynn Perry and Mark Thomas Perry.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Barre Congregational Church (35 Church St, Barre, VT 05641).
