He is survived by: his wife Michal Barquin Perry; his children, Charles H. "Chip" Perry, IV (Kristin Halpin Perry) and Cheryl Perry McCarthy (Scott McCarthy); his grandchildren, Ashley Christina Brown (Dan Manning) and Brody Luke Brown; his stepgrandchildren, Sean and Ryan McCarthy; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Carson, Riley and Chase; and his siblings, Janice Lynn Perry and Mark Thomas Perry.
