He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wilkin and Cecile Wilkin (Beaulieu); his former wife Karen Wilkin; and his brothers, John and James Wilkin.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Wilkin; his children, Brian (Lisa), Greg (Tara) and Kristin Aja; his grandchildren, Nick Aja, Chantel Wilkin Broderick (Connor), Caitlyn Wilkin and Chase Wilkin; his brother Tom (Rita); and his siblings-in-law, Celia Wilkin and Scott Goodwin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hope Cemetery (201 Maple Ave, Barre, VT 05641).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local food pantry in Francis' memory, helping provide food and support to those in need.
