He was predeceased by: his son Matthew Hutchins of Tennessee; and his grandson Brandon Hutchins of Florida. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Spofford; his children, Christine McGuire of Portsmouth, NH and Steven Hutchins of Madison, NH.; his stepchildren, Todd Richardson (Maria) of Pelham, NH, Tim Richardson of Haverhill, MA, Christos Eliopoulos (Diane) of Dracut, MA and Cathi Levey (Richard) of Fayston, VT.; his stepgrandsons, Aaron McGuire, Oliver Hutchins, Henry Hutchins, Timothy Richardson, Jr., Todd Richardson, Jr., Chrisopher White, Michael White and Jonathan White (Kim); his granddaughters, Kaia Levey, Aliza Levey and Tanya Valdes; his great grandchildren, Vera Richardson, Dean Richardson and Shay McGuire; his niece Char Frith (Ralph Frith); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexander and Marille; his siblings-in-law, Beverly Wiggins of Malden, MA and James Spofford (Lauren) of Nottingham, NH.; and his friend Charlie Hawkins. He is also survived by many extended family and many friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery (487 Furnace Rd, Randolph Center, VT 05061).
