Joanne W. Bowles Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joanne W. Bowles of Barre, Vermont, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 28, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Joanne is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Joanne's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wilson and Elva Wilson (Mochetti); and her husband Franklin Bowles. She is survived by: her cousin Lido Mochetti; her brother Frank Wilson III (Sue); and her children, Loriann Lajeunesse (Daniel), Nelson (Andri), Pauline Retnarajan (Beadle) and Mattthew (Aislinn). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
