Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lucille Mugford of Barre, Vermont, who passed away at the age of 82, on January 25, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Bailey and Kathleen Bailey (Felix); and her brother George Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Waldo Mugford of Barre Town; her children, Bret Mugford (Brunella) of East Montpelier, Brice Mugford (Marie) of Barre City, Jeff Mugford (Joanne) of Riverton and Melodie Kuban (Ed) of Barre Town; and her brother Lawrence Bailey of Hardwick. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice, 600 Granger Road, Barre, VT 05641.
