She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Carpenter and Julia Carpenter; her children, Kami and Dana Jr.; and her sisters, Jackie Beede and Jeannie Carpenter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ashley McElroy (Josh) of Barre, VT and April Smith of Everett, MA; and her grandsons, Kamryn and Devon McElroy. She is also survived by her siblings—including a brother and two sisters—and many extended family members and friends.
