He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Baker Dufresne (Standish) and Exaid Ferdinand Dufresne; his brother Charles Dufresne (Chad); and his grandparents, Louis, Julia Baker and Armond Dufresne.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. Bentley; his grandson Brandon; his sons-in-law, Jim Preite, Jeff Millette and John M. Baker Sr. Don; his close friend Lynn Medina Stratton; his friend Steve Stemp; his sisters, Janice Senner (George) of Hinsdale, MA and Heather Dufresne of Wilmington, NC.; his son Lee Dufresne of Bennington, VT.; and his grandchildren, Bandon L. Dufresne, Danielle L. Dufresne, Amber L. Dufresne and Paige Elizabeth Dufresne. He is also survived by his five great-grandchildren.
