We announce the death of Gabrielle Lynn Betit-Mattison (Bennington, Vermont), who passed away on October 6, 2026, at the age of 50. She is survived by: her parents, Lawrence J. Betit and Sandra M.; her husband Bud G. Mattison; her brother Lawrence C. Betit (Darlene); her nieces and nephews, Jeamae Bell (Alexei) and Thomas Betit; her great-niece Blair Lewis; her great-nephew Aleksei Bell; her sister Holly Betit; her sons, Jordan and Andrew Mullins (Allison); her great-nieces, Marley, Dahlia and Acacia Mullins; her children, Gilbert Mattison, Rhoda Morton and Gabe; her brothers-in-law, Steve Mattison, Dick Mattison (Mary) and John Morton (Ellen); her close friend Kim Deysenroth; her cousins, Kay Johnson, Kit Farrand and Sabrina Miller; Brenda Mattison.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mission Alliance Church (198 Crescent Blvd, Bennington, VT 05201). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the White Chapel Cemetery (2119 Chapel Rd, Bennington, VT 05201). A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Mission Alliance Church (198 Crescent Blvd, Bennington, VT 05201).
