With solemn reverence, we commemorate Michael Edmund Brady of Bennington, Vermont, whose life came to an end on August 5, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brady and Eileen Sullivan Brady. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ellen Maines Brady; his children, Brendan and Meaghan (Christopher Patti); his grandsons, John and William; his brother Robert Brady; his sister-in-law Maureen; and his sibling's children, Maeve and Eilidh. He is also survived by cousins he considered siblings, a loved collection of brother and sister in-laws and a lively bunch of nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mahar & Son Funeral Home (628 Main St, Bennington, VT 05201). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Saint Francis de Sales Church (238 Main St, Bennington, VT 05201).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to American Heart Association or the Epilepsy Foundation.
