He was predeceased by: his parents, George Chouinard and Irene Greiner Chouinard. He is survived by: his wife Aleeta Bourn Chouinard of Dorset; his sons, James Peltier of Hebron, NY, Joseph Chouinard of Maine and John Chouinard of Boston; his stepsons, Eric Eaton of Danby, Jason Eaton and Gordon Black of Danby; and his sisters, Georgette Longval (Marco) of Canada, Teresa of Canada, Monique Jones of Canada and Suzanne Benoit of Canada.
