He was predeceased by : his parents, L. Horton Bahan and Frances Wager Bahan; his daughter Sarah Elizabeth Bahan; and his sister Linda Smith. He is survived by : his wife Joy Bahan (Bisson); his daughters, Michele Bahan Lampron (Victor) and Wieska Halbur (Fritter); his stepsons, Bryce R. Wade (Rebecca), Wesley A. Wade (Meghan), William Elwell (Carrie) and Jamie Elwell (Malynda); and his sisters, Sally Perkins, Patricia Masi (John) and Wendy Bahan.

Donations may be made in Phil's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital through Mahar Funeral Home, 628 Main Street, Bennington, VT or to the charity of your choice.
