It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosecile Mary Johnson of Bennington, Vermont, who passed away on August 26, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dana G. Hart and Elizabeth M. Hart (West); her son James Lee Phillips; her siblings, Nadine Kelly, Susan Hart, Fred and Montie Hart; and her daughter-in-law Janet Phillips.
She is survived by: her son Chester Phillips; her granddaughters, Tabitha Martell of Manchester, VT, Jillian Phillips and Lynda McDaniel of Hazel Green, AL; her great grandchildren, Skyler, Damian, Zoey Martell, Isabella Lemieux, Katie and Ryan Miller; and her sister Edna Mylott of Rutland, VT. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
