She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Mayberry and Betty Mayberry. She is survived by: her husband Andy; her children, Michael (Jill) of Lexington, KY and Andra (Tim); her grandchildren, Corbin, Cameron, Kasie and Mackenzie; and her siblings, Linda and Joel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
